This ancient strain of Criollo Cacao comes from a farmers cooperative, way up in the Peruvian Andes. She is naturally high in Cacao butter, giving her a luxurious, rich, sensual flavour and mouth feel. The beans are harvested and then fermented without roasting, to preserve all of the medicinal and nutritional properties. This Cacao can be used for Cacao Ceremonies - read information about dosages on the package.
